NEW ANTI-FRAGILE RITUALS
Staff and students from the School of Media and Communication, LCF create new anti-fragile rituals born out of the body in isolation.
After four weeks of industry workshops staff and students shared their emergent rituals that have come from this new physically distanced reality including: a morning natural tea ceremony to connect to nature, a ritual involving adolescent creative play for wellbeing, a material practice using paper and copper thread to deal with internal fears of deadlines and workloads.
This project has been a really valuable space during this time to think about our habits, practices and ways of the past and how we can develop new rituals, practices and habits to inform alternative possible futures.
